Each piece of porcelain produced at Edgecomb Potters is a unique pattern
of crystals, color variety, and tone. No two pieces will be exactly alike
although they will be similiar. The product we select for you is carefully chosen
by our staff and will be of the highest quality standard.
Return policy for online purchases:
Due to the individual nature of handcrafted items, variations will occur.
If the purchase is unsatisfactory, it must be returned within 14 days for a refund.
Store credit will be sent to you after 14 days for a future purchase at our online
Gallery or in one of our Retail Galleries. Twenty one (21) days after receipt
of merchandise, it is non-refundable.
This return policy applies to online purchases only.
Shipping costs on returned items is non refundable. Damaged items received
because of inadequate packaging will not be refunded.
Our Retail Gallery staff will NOT have access to your online order information
