Shipping Policy

All shipping is sent to addresses only in the Continental USA via
UPS Ground Service. You may upgrade service when placing order.

Stock items should ship in 7 - 14 days from receipt of order during our high
volume months of July and August. Generally, orders will ship within 5
business days other months of the year.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Should your purchase be returned
shipping charges/insurance would be your responsibility.

If there is a delay in your order for any reason - we will notify you via phone
or email as soon as possible.

Shipping damage instruction information will come with each box. Most
importantly, DO NOT DISCARD shipping materials or boxes until they have
been inspected by UPS.

Edgecomb Potters will make the insurance claim for you and replace the
damaged merchandise as quickly as possible provided you have kept
the original packing materials and boxes.
