We've spent 35 years mastering techniques and creating technologies. Here Rachel is using our one of our Waterfall Glaze stations where all the spray that misses the platter is caught and then recycled back through our filtration system. We've been "Green" for 35 years developing processes like this one to ensure the beauty we draw inspiration from remains untouched.

Sushi has never looked so good. Our Square Plates & Serving Platters are a pleasure to eat off of, a delight to serve off of and a piece of cake to clean.
