Refund & Returns Policy (Applies to online purchases only.)

Your complete satisfaction is very important to Edgecomb Potters.

If for any reason your purchase fails to meet your expectations, items may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days (excluding shipping charges). Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition. Items returning to us broken due to inadequate packing will not be refunded. We suggest insured UPS or FedEx for return shipments. We will be unable to help you with a claim for damages for any shipments arriving via the postal service.

You may choose to have the item replaced or have credit issued to you on the ORIGINAL form of payment. To receive credit to a credit card, the original card that was used for purchase must be available at time of return. Refunds are only granted to the original purchaser.

A return authorization number is required for any return and can be obtained by calling Edgecomb Potters at 800-343-5529. The RA number MUST be marked on the outside of the return package.

Any sale or clearance items purchased are a FINAL sale and cannot be returned.
