Shipping & Handling
For orders within the continental United States, we ship Ground, 2nd Day or Overnight via Fedex. Our shipping department does not ship on Saturday or Sunday, and any order received after 10 a.m. on a Friday or placed on any holiday will not ship until the first business day afterward. Standard delivery should arrive 7-10 business days from when we process the order, depending on your location.
We take great pride in our low breakage rates and do everything we can to ensure your package arrives safely. This requires great care in packing, extra packing materials, consideration of number of items in a box, all this adds to the expense of shipping. We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible.
We expect careful handling by the carrier while the package is en-route to you, however sometimes damage does occur. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. DO NOT DISCARD the packing materials or boxes until inspected by Fedex. Edgecomb Potters will make the insurance claim for you and we will replace damaged merchandise as quickly as possible provided you have kept the original packing materials.
We will ship to Canada via USPS Priority Mail however, the recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and any import fees imposed.
In stock items will generally ship within 3-5 days. If there will be a delay of your order for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible. During our high volume months of July, August and September shipping may be delayed so please allow 10-14 days for shipping during this time.
